Job Summary
This role involves supporting a renowned network operator in Kolkwitz, focusing on the coordination and administrative processes related to medium and low-voltage construction projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing commercial processes such as processing orders, handling quotes, managing billing, and controlling deadlines. The administrator acts as a critical interface, coordinating communication between technicians, procurement, accounting, and external framework contract companies. Furthermore, the role requires liaising with external entities like authorities, companies, and private property owners regarding certifications and regulatory notifications (e.g., water rights). Key qualifications include a degree or certification as a Technician or Master, ideally in Electrical Engineering or IT, strong MS Office proficiency (especially Excel), and conceptual thinking. This position offers a competitive salary, the option for remote work after training, and a clear path to contract extension and permanent employment.
