Job Summary

This full-time role as a Technical Specialist, supporting an energy company in the Halle (Saale) area, involves managing critical commercial and administrative processes that bridge technical and financial departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling procurement, obtaining quotations, managing billing and deadline controlling, and coordinating interfaces between technology, purchasing, accounting, and external contractors. A key component of the role is external communication, requiring coordination with authorities, companies, and private property owners regarding certifications and legal notices (e.g., water rights). The specialist will also be responsible for processing field damage claims and supporting project documentation through the creation of completion and partial completion reports. Candidates must possess a completed technical qualification (Technician or Master Craftsman, ideally in fields like Electrical Engineering or IT Systems) and demonstrate strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and initial professional experience in technical coordination and process support.
