Job Summary

This role as a System Qualification Technician involves ensuring the operational readiness and safety of complex chemical supply systems. Based in Wilsdruff, your core day-to-day tasks include executing critical qualification measures such as pressure resistance testing, helium leak testing, and precise measurements of moisture, particles, and oxygen levels within the systems. You will be responsible for the commissioning of new chemical supply systems and performing rigorous cleanroom qualifications. A crucial part of the job is the meticulous documentation and evaluation of all test results, followed by the creation and filing of comprehensive reports. The ideal candidate must hold a completed technical apprenticeship in fields like HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical engineering, coupled with initial experience in pipeline construction.
