Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Audit Manager to join a nationwide group of auditing, tax, and legal consulting firms in Mainz, Germany. The primary responsibilities include leading group and annual financial statement audits according to German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS standards. The manager will be responsible for the quality assurance of audit work, preparing reports, and managing team results and working papers. A key aspect of the role involves advising clients on accounting, tax, and other business administration issues. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of comparable experience in auditing post-graduation (Business Administration, Economics, or Commercial Law), possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking.
