This role involves managing customer relationships for a leading accredited testing laboratory specializing in food, feed, drinking water, and pharmaceutical analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing offers, and providing expert food law assessments. Key tasks also include reporting analysis results using a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), evaluating chemical, microbiological, and bioanalytical findings with quality assurance, and contributing to continuous process improvement.
