Job Summary

This full-time role, based in Höchstadt within an innovative, mid-sized company in the metal industry, seeks a skilled Technician to specialize in 3D measurement technology. The core responsibilities involve the execution and detailed evaluation of measurements using advanced 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and industrial CT systems. Daily tasks include generating comprehensive measurement reports, performing statistical analyses, and supporting critical initial sample and series inspections, all while strictly adhering to quality specifications. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification in metal technology, ideally supplemented by a Technician certification, and demonstrates routine proficiency with CNC measuring machines and manual measuring instruments. Expertise in Zeiss Calypso and Volume Graphics software is mandatory, along with a secure understanding of technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances. This position requires a willingness to work in a shift system.
