Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional ready to act as a reliable point of contact for technical inquiries and challenges across multiple client sites in the Rhine-Main area. As a Senior Service Technician, you will primarily handle planned coverage for vacations, but also flexible deployment for short-term absences, working across up to five client teams. Day-to-day tasks involve the onsite installation and configuration of hardware and software, setting up IT workstations, and managing cabling, PCs, notebooks, and other components. You will actively participate in IT projects such as rollouts, migrations, and Hands & Eyes support. Key qualifications include a completed technical education (e.g., IT Specialist or IT Systems Electronics Technician), professional experience in IT and user support, and proficiency in the Microsoft environment, including Office, client operating systems, and ticket systems.
