Job Summary
This role is ideal for a skilled IT Specialist focusing on System Integration within a secure, public service environment. You will be a crucial part of the Competence Center On-Site Service, responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT workstations across various service locations, consultation centers, and remote work setups. Day-to-day tasks include setting up, deploying, and maintaining end devices (PCs, notebooks, tablets, mobile phones, printers), including necessary patching and cabling. You will manage user support, troubleshoot hardware and media technology issues, conduct device rollouts, manage inventory, and administer end devices using management tools like DX-Union or ACMP. The position requires strong technical knowledge in Windows 11 and domain structures, basic networking skills, and a willingness to travel for supporting external offices and remote workplaces, ensuring high user satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration)
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system integration
- Experience in managing user, software, and hardware via management systems
- Familiarity with PC, notebook, monitor, presentation technology, and printer hardware
