Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Team Leader for Electrical Safety Testing, based in Schwabach, to ensure electrical safety and quality assurance for clients. You will lead a small team (2-5 inspectors) performing mandatory electrical checks on portable devices at client locations. Day-to-day tasks involve executing the 'Electro-Check,' digitally logging potential electrical hazards or defects (such as insulation values and protective conductor resistances) using specialized diagnostic software and smartphones, and generating instant, digital measurement protocols and error reports for the client. You will be responsible for coordinating the testing schedule with the customer, assigning tasks to your team, and serving as the primary point of contact for execution questions. Success requires a completed electrical technical qualification, meticulous attention to detail, and strong customer-facing communication skills.
