Job Summary
This role involves supporting and developing the IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations across the company. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, IT workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals. A key part of the job is providing 2nd-level support, analyzing, and resolving complex technical issues both remotely and on-site, serving as the primary contact for employee technical queries, and ensuring service-friendly support. Candidates should possess a background in IT system integration or computer science, coupled with solid experience in Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Active Directory administration. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a degree in Computer Science, Network Technology, or a comparable field
Experience
- Professional experience with Windows Servers, Windows Server Services, and Exchange Servers
- Experience in the structure and administration of Active Directory domain structures
- Experience in handling software distribution systems, software packaging, and Mobile Device Management
