Job Summary
This role involves providing first-level IT support, both over the phone and on-site, primarily within a Windows environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of support tickets, including creation, classification, tracking, and maintenance. Key daily tasks include configuring Windows clients, managing Active Directory (AD), setting up new workstations, and performing hardware checks. The ideal candidate should possess a completed vocational training in IT System Integration or substantial professional experience in a relevant field, coupled with solid expertise in the Windows ecosystem. Experience with tools like Microsoft Teams, TeamViewer, and Microsoft Remote Access is highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for an engaged IT professional to utilize their support skills in a dynamic environment.
