Job Summary

This role involves executing comprehensive planning services for Technical Building Equipment (TGA) across all project phases. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing innovative building technology concepts, conducting feasibility analyses, and evaluating alternatives to find optimal solutions. A key part of the job is coordinating interdisciplinary issues and preparing execution plans, technical specifications, and procurement documents. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree in Building/Energy Technology or a comparable qualification, possesses professional experience in TGA planning (HVAC, Electrical, or similar), and has good knowledge of German construction regulations (VOB) and fee structures (HOAI). Fluency in German is required for this position, which offers a chance to work on exciting projects and advance technology.
