Job Summary

This role involves connecting people and technology, focusing on smart integration of IT trends and established solutions for major automotive OEMs and suppliers. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for the architecture and development of the cloud platform based on established IaaS products, ensuring global operation while adhering to national requirements. Day-to-day tasks include utilizing open-source products, adapting them to specific needs, and developing internal solutions to bridge gaps in the Cloud Native landscape for seamless product interaction. You will closely collaborate with development teams for various automotive services, offering consultation on design, Continuous Delivery, monitoring, scaling, and integration with core platform services. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, possesses initial professional experience in software development, and is proficient in data structures, algorithms, Linux, and application containerization. Strong German and English skills are essential for communication with clients and external partners.
