Job Summary

This role is centered on supporting clients in the pharmaceutical and life science sectors with the global implementation and maintenance of robust Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems. A core responsibility involves managing the transition from OHSAS 18001 to the new ISO 45001 standard, including supporting the global rollout and steering of the ISO 45001 matrix certification. Day-to-day tasks include harmonizing and improving occupational safety standards, developing specific company-wide OHS requirements, and addressing international labor and fire protection issues. The manager will define and organize critical EHS activities such as site inspections, accident analysis, and emergency measures, while also participating in internal global EOHS audits and creating necessary GAP analyses. Candidates should possess a scientific or technical degree and ideally have prior experience implementing and improving EHS management systems.
