This role is a critical opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager specializing in Technical Building Equipment (TGA/M&E) to join a leading engineering consultancy across major German metropolitan areas (Dresden, Leipzig, Berlin). The Project Manager will be responsible for the technical leadership of agile project teams managing large-scale industrial and public construction projects. Key day-to-day duties include coordinating electrical construction projects across all HOAI performance phases, preparing fee proposals, and acting as the primary contact for both new and existing clients, working closely with the management board. Success in this role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, extensive project management experience, deep knowledge of high and low voltage system planning, business acumen, and proficiency with CAD and calculation programs.
