This is a key leadership role for an experienced Electrical Engineering professional to manage and optimize the electrical systems within a highly automated food production environment in the Verden area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of an eight-person team, ensuring smooth production operations through effective planning, control, and monitoring of maintenance and repair activities. A core part of the role involves actively participating in automation and PLC programming projects, managing fault resolution, and overseeing spare parts procurement. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, brings significant professional experience in maintenance, and possesses proven team leadership skills, alongside practical experience in PLC programming and automation project implementation.
