This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, specializing in First and Second Level Support. Day-to-day activities include receiving, processing, and documenting incident reports via telephone and a ticketing system, ensuring efficient tracking and resolution. When issues cannot be solved internally, the specialist is responsible for escalating them appropriately to Third Level Support. Beyond core support duties, the role contributes to critical customer projects by assisting with data cleansing and detailed error analysis, while also maintaining various internal systems. Ideal candidates will possess a completed technical qualification, such as an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist or a degree in Information Technology or Electrical Engineering, coupled with initial practical experience in system administration.
