Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Electromobility Development Engineer to drive technological innovation within the automotive industry, working specifically on projects for renowned OEMs and suppliers. Day-to-day responsibilities include the plausibility checking and evaluation of complex drivetrain system requirements, designing and developing high-voltage components for electric and hybrid vehicles, and deriving component specifications based on cost, quality, and weight constraints. A key function is acting as the technical interface between clients and the development team, routinely analyzing problems, abstracting subtasks, and formulating solution strategies. The role also involves conducting simulation and functional tests for system parameterization and evaluating test results to draft recommendations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry, brings professional product development experience, and possesses knowledge of electrical storage and drive systems.
