Job Summary

This role involves specialized validation and testing of electrical systems, primarily focusing on wind turbine technology. The Electrical Validation Engineer will be responsible for planning and executing Fault Ride Through (FRT) tests and grid stability tests on wind power plants, including setting up test systems and configuring medium-voltage circuits. Key daily tasks include conducting Power Quality measurements, performing detailed analysis, evaluation, and logging of test results, and implementing necessary software updates and parameter adjustments on the turbines. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, extensive knowledge of FRT testing and relevant international standards (e.g., IEC 61400-21-1), and excellent command of both German and English.
