Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the technically correct and cost-optimized execution of new construction and modifications of electrical systems within cement plants. The Electrical Engineer acts as the primary technical contact and specialist consultant for the plants, independently planning and constructing electrical facilities, including high, medium, and low voltage switchgear for energy supply. A core part of the job is managing procurement procedures for drive and automation technology, coordinating external contractors on-site, and overseeing projects from initial rough planning through to final commissioning. Candidates must possess a degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in project execution, tendering, and bid comparison. Fluency in German and good English skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel (20-50%).
