Job Summary

This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to take strategic and operational command of the Electrical, Measurement, and Control (EMR) Engineering department. After an intensive onboarding phase, you will assume full responsibility for personnel leadership and development, ensuring the economic operation of the profit center by managing revenue, costs, and overall results. A core focus will be driving the continuous development of the service portfolio, exploring new business segments, and initiating innovation projects. Success requires an Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, several years of professional experience managing EMR projects within industrial settings (ideally process industries), and proven, modern leadership qualities. You will foster a high-performing, team-oriented culture while maintaining close collaboration with both internal and external partners and clients.
