Job Summary

This role is designed for an experienced Electrical Engineering professional ready to take the next step into leadership within the specialized field of custom machine construction. The Team Leader will be responsible for the full operational management of the electrical assembly team, including personnel deployment planning and project coordination for the construction, maintenance, and servicing of electrotechnical systems. A critical component of the job is assuming the function of the Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK), ensuring efficient resource allocation, and troubleshooting complex electrical system failures. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with substantial professional experience in electrical installation, preferably within plant or special machine construction, and strong leadership capabilities.
