Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Materials Tester to join a successful and innovative personnel services company. In this role, you will be responsible for executing both destructive and non-destructive materials testing, including tensile, hardness, impact, ultrasonic, X-ray, and magnetic particle testing. Key daily tasks involve preparing test samples, evaluating and documenting test results, generating comprehensive test reports, and overseeing the monitoring and calibration of testing equipment. You will also contribute to quality assurance and process optimization initiatives, working closely with production, laboratory, and construction teams. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as a Materials Tester or equivalent (e.g., Materials Technician), possesses knowledge of materials science (metals, plastics, composites), and is proficient in MS Office and laboratory software. This position offers a permanent contract and the potential for direct takeover by the client company.
