Job Summary

This role is critical for maintaining and advancing the Quality Management (QM) system at an accredited, independent testing laboratory specializing in food, water, environmental, and agricultural analysis. The Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for the continuous development, maintenance, and monitoring of the QM system in accordance with the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard. Key responsibilities include planning and executing internal audits, coordinating external audits, training staff on quality-related topics, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements. The ideal candidate holds a scientific degree (e.g., Chemistry, Biology) and possesses several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably within an accredited laboratory setting, along with deep knowledge of the ISO/IEC 17025 standard.
