Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with technical aptitude to join a vital pharmaceutical production process in Dessau-Roßlau. The Production Operator will be responsible for executing leak tests on pharmaceutical products, meticulously documenting the results, and handling the packaging and assembly (Konfektionierung) of the finished goods. A key component of the job involves operating and monitoring the production machinery and systems. Candidates should ideally possess a technical or pharmaceutical background, but experienced career changers from related fields like food or packaging production are highly encouraged to apply. The position requires willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early and late shifts) and offers a competitive hourly wage with a strong prospect of permanent employment after an initial 18-month assignment.
