You will also manage internal departmental projects, contribute expertise to cross-functional topics, and ensure smooth laboratory operations through effective organization, scheduling, and process optimization. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in natural sciences or a relevant vocational qualification (e.g., Pharmaceutical Assistant, Chemical Laboratory Technician) coupled with extensive professional experience in a GMP-regulated quality control or laboratory environment within the pharmaceutical industry.
