Job Summary

This role involves serving as the Responsible Electrical Specialist for maintenance coordination at the Airbus site in Nordenham. The specialist will provide technical leadership for the electrical operational organization, focusing on developing structures and processes. Key responsibilities include appointing and coordinating electrical specialists, instructed persons, and work supervisors, while managing operational tasks and defining suitable working procedures. A critical part of the job is ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, including creating hazard assessments according to the Occupational Safety and Health Act for all electrical activities. The ideal candidate must possess a technical qualification (Technician, Specialist, or Electrical Engineering degree) combined with substantial professional experience in electrical engineering, initial leadership experience, and expertise in relevant norms (DIN, VOB).
