Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Technical Manager specializing in Electrical Building Technology, overseeing the reliable operation of complex technical systems within assigned properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing technical reports via a ticket system, coordinating in-house maintenance staff (Haustechniker), and managing external service providers for specialized tasks. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of electrical and building systems, including commissioning, operation, monitoring, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all required inspections (e.g., DGUV V3 and statutory checks). The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman or Certified Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, brings proven experience in operating and maintaining complex electrical systems, and possesses strong personnel leadership skills.
