Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Building Services Technician to join our client in Berlin, focusing on the crucial maintenance and repair of complex building systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical upkeep and control of various installations, including electrical systems, ventilation units, heating technology, and cooling plants. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting systematic inspections, managing room and regulation technology, performing essential maintenance, and executing troubleshooting and repair work across different properties. A key aspect of the job is the accurate digital documentation of all activities using mobile devices. The ideal candidate must possess relevant electrotechnical training (such as an Electrician or Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology), demonstrate a service-oriented approach, and be proficient in German at a C1 level.
