Job Summary

This role involves providing essential technical maintenance and service for various properties in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical upkeep and control of complex building systems, including electrical installations, ventilation units, heating technology, and cooling systems. Key daily tasks include conducting thorough inspection rounds, performing maintenance, repairs, and critical fault diagnosis across different facilities. A crucial part of the job is the digital documentation of all completed activities using mobile devices, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
