Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Service Technician based in Berlin, focusing on the maintenance, inspection, and repair of complex technical building systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the technical servicing and control of electrical systems, ventilation systems, heating technology, and cooling towers. The technician will perform regular inspection rounds, manage room and control technology, execute maintenance and repairs, and conduct detailed troubleshooting across various properties. A core component of the job involves digital documentation of all completed tasks using mobile devices. The ideal candidate must possess an electrical engineering background, such as an Electrician or Electronic Technician for Operating Technology, coupled with fluency in German (C1 level) and a Category B driver's license.
