Job Summary
This role seeks an analytical and committed professional to actively contribute to maintaining the highest quality standards and minimizing risks across a healthcare group in Ehingen. The specialist will be responsible for steering and developing the entire quality and risk management system, including continuously adapting internal procedures, standards, and processes. Day-to-day tasks involve organizing quality circles, preparing for and supporting external audits and certifications (e.g., MD audits), managing the idea and opinion system, conducting risk management (CIRS), and delivering necessary training. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Health Management and experience within healthcare organizational structures. Completed university degree with a focus on Health Management. Additional completed training with a nursing/care focus is desirable.
