This role as an IT Specialist for System Integration focuses on ensuring the smooth technical and digital operation of municipal administration systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing documentation for solutions. A core function involves network access management, including user, rights, device, and VPN administration. You will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining workplace hardware, overseeing the technical operation of specialized software, and managing telecommunication systems, mobile devices, and related contracts. Furthermore, you will assist in the planning, procurement, and implementation of new IT systems and applications. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an IT Specialist in System Integration or Application Development, possesses advanced knowledge in supporting Windows systems, MS Office, and Mobile Computing, and has basic knowledge of networking technology.
