Job Summary

This role seeks a highly motivated IT professional to join an established family business, focusing on the administration and maintenance of the company's entire IT infrastructure and communication technology. The specialist will be responsible for managing Windows Server environments (specifically Windows Server 2019), approximately 200 endpoints (Windows 10/11 and iOS), and associated Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Key responsibilities include Active Directory/Azure Active Directory administration, firewall configuration, network management across multiple locations, and providing 1st and 2nd level user support. This position is ideal for someone who possesses strong technical knowledge in networking and virtualization (HyperV), enjoys independent project implementation, and thrives in a service-oriented, team-focused environment.
