Job Summary
This role is perfect for an experienced Support Engineer eager to drive stable, repeatable On-Premise deployments and resolve complex L2/L3 software escalations within an agile, scale-up environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing installations/updates in Linux environments, accompanying Go-Lives on-site for validation and performance checks, and collaborating closely with customer IT on networking and security fundamentals. A key part of the job involves analyzing logs, reproducing errors, developing workarounds, and meticulously documenting bugs for the Engineering team. The successful candidate will also build and maintain Runbooks, Knowledge Bases, and diagnostic tools, utilizing scripting (Python/Bash) and SQL for data checks. This position offers a dynamic mix of technical depth and customer interaction, requiring strong analytical skills and professional communication, with a travel component of 25–50% for rollouts.
