Job Summary

This permanent, full-time IT Technician role is based in the company's critical data center in Lauterbourg, France (Grand Est region). The core responsibility is ensuring smooth operation by installing, maintaining, and repairing servers and infrastructure. Daily tasks are diverse, ranging from cabling IT and network components and optimizing the newly built data center through server relocations and rebuilds, to actively monitoring the IT infrastructure. The technician is the first line of defense for incident resolution, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and permanently. The ideal candidate must have completed formal training in IT system electronics or integration, or possess several years of practical experience managing servers in data centers using both Windows and Linux operating systems. The position requires a willingness to work a continuous 24-hour shift system and demands good physical fitness due to equipment handling.
