Job Summary

This pivotal role as Business Automation & AI Manager involves driving efficiency and scalability across all corporate functions, including Customer Care, Operations, and Finance. The incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end conception, implementation, and scaling of automated processes and AI-based solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying high-leverage manual processes, developing automations using tools like Make, Zapier, and Python scripts, and orchestrating AI solutions such as GPT-based response systems and internal Copilot functions. A key focus is system integration, connecting various SaaS tools (e.g., Personio, Zendesk, Notion) with internal databases (PostgreSQL, AWS S3) via APIs. The ideal candidate possesses 2–4 years of relevant experience, a strong technical foundation, and proficiency with Low-Code/No-Code tools, ensuring all solutions are robust, scalable, and well-documented. This position offers direct collaboration with the management and founding team in a high-growth, high-performance mobility startup.
