Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing and operating a certified Alarm Receiving Center (ARC) in Gardelegen, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, norms (such as EN 50518), and regulations. The Head of ARC is responsible for leading the center's staff and intervention forces, coordinating responses to incoming alarms (EMA, BMA, UMA, AWAG), and managing other threat-related events. Key responsibilities include developing work processes, documenting all actions, overseeing the monitoring center, and managing the connection of hazard detection systems. Candidates must possess a technical background in electrical or telecommunications engineering, significant professional experience managing certified control centers, and specific VdS certification as a Leading NSL Specialist.
