Job Summary

This role involves technically and methodically managing the development process for 'MeinLeistungsCheck (MLC)', a web-based application focused on digital social and administrative solutions. The successful candidate will structure and guide the software development lifecycle using a lean, Kanban-oriented approach, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and smooth workflow. Key responsibilities include translating conceptual requirements into structured, technically feasible tasks for the development team and managing the central GitHub ticket and backlog system. The position requires a background in computer science or equivalent, coupled with multi-year experience in steering software development projects and profound knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. This is a part-time (40%, 16 hours/week) position, initially limited to 24 months with the goal of permanent employment, offering the opportunity to contribute to a socially impactful, ESF-funded project with flexible remote/hybrid work options.
