Job Summary

This critical role focuses on the continuous development and optimization of end-to-end processes within the energy network sector. The Process Manager will collaborate closely with departmental experts to map existing processes, define strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify significant potential for efficiency gains, automation, and digitalization. Daily tasks involve controlling the implementation of process improvements, acting as an escalation point for technical conflicts, and ensuring rigorous methodological steering in process management. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in engineering, business, or process management, coupled with professional experience in E2E process management within large organizations and familiarity with process analysis tools like Celonis. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, a high degree of quality consciousness, and the ability to confidently moderate large, cross-functional groups to embed a sustainable process culture.
