Job Summary

This role involves ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and cleanroom standards within an international industrial company located in Dortmund. The assistant will be responsible for conducting, documenting, and evaluating routine and special hygiene monitoring according to GMP regulations. Key duties include coordinating external service providers for cleaning and testing, planning and delivering essential GMP and hygiene training, and managing deviations and corrective actions (CAPAs). You will also support the evaluation of quality-relevant key figures and contribute to process optimization projects and validations. Successful candidates must possess a natural science/technical background, several years of experience in a GMP-regulated setting (QA/QC/Production), and strong familiarity with relevant regulatory standards like EU GMP Annex I and ISO 13485. Proficiency in specialized software such as SAP, CAQ, and Trackwise is required, alongside very good German and good English skills.
