Job Summary

The Occupational Safety Specialist (Sifa) will take on a key role ensuring clients operate safely, legally, and efficiently across demanding sectors like chemical parks, construction sites, and large-scale energy projects nationwide in Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising management and employees on all aspects of occupational, health, and environmental protection (HSE), conducting risk assessments, monitoring protective measures, and ensuring compliance with legal standards (ArbSchG, ASiG, DGUV). This role requires coordinating safety procedures with external companies and project managers, contributing to the continuous improvement of HSE processes, and upholding high quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate must possess the mandatory Sifa qualification, practical experience in high-risk industries, and a willingness to travel extensively across Germany.
