Job Summary

This role places you as the critical IT Demand Manager, acting as the central liaison between business segments and IT operations to ensure optimal implementation of Shop Floor IT solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying specific IT needs within your business segments, developing concrete solution proposals, and collaborating across IT domains, Digital Transformation, and Governance units to achieve the best results. You will actively represent IT interests in internal committees, shape the overall IT project portfolio, and drive the standardization of the IT landscape in alignment with the overall IT architecture. Furthermore, you will monitor IT key performance indicators, plan the IT budget for your areas, and derive measures for continuous improvement. Success requires practical experience in IT project management, agile methodologies, and deep expertise in specific solutions like SAP S/4 HANA Sales, SAP Integration Suite, and modern Cloud technologies such as SAP BTP and MS Azure. This position offers significant influence over the company's IT strategy and continuous improvement initiatives within a leading global aviation maintenance provider.
