Job Summary

The DB Zeitarbeit GmbH is seeking a Project Management Officer or Specialist to support the Deutsche Bahn AG's project landscape in Berlin. This role involves temporary assignments focused on operational, methodological, and strategic project management. Day-to-day tasks include planning, steering, and implementing projects and programs, contributing to the PMO (e.g., portfolio, resource, or methodology management), and developing PM standards. A key responsibility is managing funding, including identifying suitable programs, supporting applications, and handling reporting. The ideal candidate possesses a structured, analytical approach, strong communication skills, and multi-year experience in project management or PMO roles, coupled with knowledge of classic and/or agile methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe). This is an excellent opportunity to gain diverse experience within the Deutsche Bahn Group, often leading to permanent positions.
