This role involves comprehensive electrical engineering planning and project management within the Technical Building Equipment (TGA) sector, focusing on power current systems for diverse building types, including universities, research facilities, and historical buildings. The Specialist Planner/Engineer will be responsible for the independent management of projects, from initial concept creation and feasibility studies to preparing execution documents, service specifications, and overseeing construction (site management). The ideal candidate is a qualified Technician, Master Craftsman, Technical Drafter, or Engineer with experience in building services engineering and strong knowledge of German regulatory frameworks like HOAI and VOB.
