Job Summary

This role is central to ensuring electrical safety and quality for clients by leading on-site electrical safety inspections. The Team Leader will conduct mandatory electrical checks on portable equipment, digitally record defects and hazards (such as insulation values and protective conductor resistances) using specialized diagnostic software and smartphones, and generate necessary measurement protocols and error reports automatically for the customer. A key responsibility is coordinating a team of 2-5 inspectors, aligning testing procedures with clients on-site, and collaborating closely with project management. This position requires a completed electro-technical apprenticeship, meticulous work ethic, strong customer interaction skills, and the desire to coordinate a small team, contributing to a safer working environment within a future-proof industry.
