This role involves leading a team of 2 to 5 testers in performing essential electrical safety checks for clients, ensuring compliance and quality in testing portable equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing the electrical check, digitally logging potential hazards and defects using diagnostic software on a smartphone, and generating digital measurement protocols and fault reports directly from the software. The Team Leader will also coordinate testing schedules with clients on-site, manage team assignments, and liaise closely with project management. The ideal candidate must possess a completed electro-technical training, demonstrate meticulous work habits, and enjoy customer interaction.
