This role is for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant dedicated to managing and optimizing the Human Resources systems (PA, OM, PY) for a major healthcare and social services provider in Germany. Key daily activities include requirements gathering, system implementation, configuration optimization, error analysis, and comprehensive documentation of developments and parameterizations. You will actively participate in relevant projects, including the crucial evaluation and introduction of H4S4. Responsibilities also extend to advising specialist departments on system utilization and managing external service providers. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Information Technology or a comparable qualification, coupled with multi-year experience in SAP HCM application and customizing.
