Job Summary

This role involves supporting the technical performance evaluation and system integration of complex navigation systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and assessing technical specifications, building specifications, and requirement documents provided by system suppliers. The Functional Integrator will manage interface coordination with adjacent technical disciplines to ensure seamless system integration and will be responsible for creating technical tender specifications, test procedures, performance descriptions, and project management plans. A key part of the job involves conducting supplier audits and factory acceptance tests, as well as planning and overseeing commissioning and acceptance testing onboard. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Communications Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical field, possesses professional experience in designing navigation systems, and demonstrates strong systemic thinking and project work experience.
