Manager Technical Development | Manager Technische Entwicklung (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves managing technical development processes and serving as the primary technical point of contact for the sales team and customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting sales in customer care, addressing technical queries, assessing the feasibility of proposed formulations, and communicating test results while developing solution proposals. The manager will also evaluate and classify raw and auxiliary materials based on their physical-technological parameters, and coordinate and approve machine tests and initial productions (e.g., capsules, tablets). Key qualifications include a degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy (or equivalent), professional knowledge of material evaluation, and experience in conducting and analyzing production trials.
